I have upgraded my phone on Friday at 4pm , and was advised on the email that my order will be ready for tomorrow (Saturday). However Saturday came and wasnt able to collect from store despite it saying there was stock. I was advised to wait until Monday (today) and still nothing. My order tracking says “processing” but the click and collect tracking says “in transit” and I’m not able to cancel as it’s “in transit”. I called and the gentleman said this will need a ticket raising which can take up to 2 days , and then a further 3 days to receive the phone !!! Has anyone else had this ? If so , how long did it take before it was resolved ? 😞

@Marleyx

Potentially a stock issue.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks
