Hi I got a notification my click and collect order was ready in store the day before the shop closed due to COVID so had no opportunity to collect It. I then received an email saying I if I didn’t collect my order would be cancelled. I checked the info and should have received a refund by now but I have had no further communication. I can’t see any information on what I should do next. I’d there any customer service email address I should use?
