Claiming ear buds after upgrade

Hi has anyone else had issues claiming free ear buds after an upgrade?

 

I have been trying for a month to claim my free ear buds after upgrading my phone but I keep getting palmed of with excuses like we are having issues with the link, try again in 25 hours, we will send a new link etc. I finally received the new link and it doesn't work either!!!! I am disappointed in how I have been treated as I have been with o2 for years!!!

I am really struggling to understand how difficult this is.i have spoke to several different people and yet no-one can just send me the ear buds. You have my address and details so I just cannot process why this can't happen!!!!!!

That particular offer has been particularly painful - with one offer run by the phone manufacturer, Samsung, and the other being run by O2, the Pixel earphone offer.

Which one was giving you grief, @GRM?

O2. The offer was to include free samsung earbuds2 when I upgraded to Samsung A54
