On going through the process of purchasing a watch I click through to check out it asks me which number that I wish to link the watch to, then promptly tells me that I do not have a pay monthly account. I don’t know what I have seeing as I am a pay monthly customer with a pay monthly sim and you are taking regular amounts from my bank account on a monthly basis, how am I do I not have a pay monthly account? It is not a PAYG account before anyone should suggest that. What I want to know without wasting the time of those who work the 202 centre is why your shop thinks that I am anything other than someone whom they think I should buy a new phone or enter into a new pay monthly plan before I can buy what I want I.e.an Apple Watch when I already have is required. ??
