Hi i have been charged £39.99 for a podcast and i subscribed by accident when i realised i had i canceled the subscription, i can’t afford this as its too much money, can i get a refund please?

O2 will have simply passed on the charge from whoever controls the podcast.

It is them you need to speak to. O2 can do nothing

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
