If you have a Refresh contract you will have 2 direct debits each month, one for the handset payment and one for the airtime payment which should add up to the tariff that you signed up for.

First month's payments will be a few pounds more as you are billed for the the first couple of days until your bill proper is produced. Next month's bill will be at your normal tariff.

If you are not on Refresh and you have been billed twice then you will need to contact customer service on 202.

Your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 will explain exactly what you have been charged and why.
