I have just looked up my latest bill and I have been charged twice for Disney+ premium (which is also an upgrade I was not informed of).
I would like a refund of the second charge please.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.

o2 seem to have "upgraded" people from the standard with ads to premium.
They refund 1 month on the lower tariff, then charge two months at the higher one.
If I had to guess, now Disney have introduced ads they have upped the tariff so people do not get ads instead of asking if people want to move.
