There is no need to upgrade.
Just ask O2 to increase your spend limit on Charge to mobile.
They will decide whether you are able to do this dependent on current tariff and payment history.
Also ask them to remove any spend cap on your tariff.

Hi if you want to increase your limit you can do so through your myO2 by upgrading. If you can't upgrade then you call customer service to help you increase your limit. If you're on monthly contract the best option is to contact customer service. All numbers are in this guide
