I've seen a few threads about this and am experiencing the same problem - I'm hoping someone can help.
I've been using charge to mobile for various online purchases and for Google Play store & Netflix subscriptions but suddenly now I can't charge anything - it tells me that I've reached my limit (I haven't). Called customer services yesterday and they re-added/removed a spend cap but it hasn't solved the problem and I'm at a loss - can anyone advise please?

Only Customer services can solve this as we have no access to your account
If you rang yesterday. then try them via social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.
