Changing tariff

I have seen on my o2 app that I can change my tariff to unlimited data, texts, voice calls for £39.30. Does that include air time cost and the cost of the phone?

All that increases is your Airtime component - the Device Plan element of your Refresh contract will not change, @Dstephbyrne3313 - you will pay the total of the new Airtime and existing Device Plan monthly.
