Hi,

I'm currently on a 12 month sim only contract which doesn't end until August, on my O2 i can change my tariff to a different data allowance perfectly easily, however I am wanting to take advantage of the 100GB for £20 offer currently available on the website as this provides substantially more value than my current contract of 20GB for £21, just wondering if I can change to my tariff to the 100GB offer without incurring any charges?

Thanks

The 100GB isn't available to me through My O2, I have to go to the O2 website and select it from Sim only deals, I can add it to my basket sign in and carry on to payment where it says this in confirmation.

If you confirm, your new tariff will start straight away and will cost £20.00 a month. You'll still have 14 days to cancel, you'll just pay for what you have used.

There is no mention anywhere else on the checkout page of another payment to be made so I guess that means there is no charge for me

It would say so on the checkout page if there was anything to pay, so sounds like you're OK to upgrade.

You need to try and upgrade in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

It will let you know if there are any fees to pay.

Choose the upgrade now in My O2

Then scroll to sim only

You should then have the option of the 100GB
