Changing Billing payment details

Just wondered if anyone could help ? I can not find the option to change payment card details on my account (online).

You need to be in the "My details" section.
If it's the first time you have done it you will have to set up a PIN for security.

You need to go into My O2 and view your bill. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 Then look Change Payment details .You can do what youneed to via this route
