Change to another network sim only but keep device plan?

Hi there!

I've now finished my airtime contract but I have another year to go on my device plan. Is it possible for me to switch networks/cancel my sim plan and continue with my device plan? Or will they make me pay my device plan outright if I no longer have a sim with o2?

If you cancel your airtime with o2 you will need to pay the remainder of the Device plan immediately.
