Hi,

 

Can I return my handset to a store for a change of mind and get my new on, or do I have to send it away?

Hi,

 

Thank you for the reply. I'm just wondering how I go about it though? Whether I can return it to a shop (it was an online click and collect order) or whether I am required to send it back? I can't get through to anyone on the phones due to it not being an emergency.

If you got it from the shop it has to be returned there, all in original packaging with order info and your ID.

Just to add, I would call the shop first to ensure there has been NO changes since Covid 19. I see the change of mind policy says nothing now about returning to the shop.
