Hi, I have changed my email address a few months back trying to look at my bill on line but noticed they are sending stuff to my old email address.

How do I change my billing info to go to my new email address and not the old address.

Help anyone!!

Probably going to be easier to call customer services to get them to change it for you as you've already done it online, there must be another record held somewhere that you cannot access http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
