You need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they can deal with this for you, they open at 8am tomorrow morning.

and, if you're on the new system @Kaz2568 you can do it under billing in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

Can be done in your MyO2 app as below, @Kaz2568 - down to Support at bottom-right of the app, then under Payments:
