Change my bolt on

How in gods name do you get to speak to anyone who works for orange so i can sort out my bolt on problems, without having to listen to a load of unesscessary bull ****** that's of no use to me at all

If you want orange it's 150 from your phone.
If that was an error you can look in your MyO2 and see if you can change bolt ons under your tariff details.

Mnnn... ring Orange customer service? Or if you mean O2 then Saturday morning is probably their busiest time. All ways of contact are here but it's a matter of persevering I'm afraid.
