Hi my bill normally comes out on the 17th of the month I need to change it till the 24th

You need to speak to Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they can help change it. 

 

It is too late for this month.

If you are on the new billing system it can be changed in MyO2 

It's under Manage Cards for Payments (but it includes DD)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
