I did a phone contract for an iPhone and also port my sim from Giffgaff to O2. I need to change to your cheapest plan or move back my line to Giffgaff. Your customer service lines have not been reachable and this is very frustrating. I do not want to pay £27 monthly for a service I was getting at £10.

I have been trying to reach them on the line before expiration, they should be able to see that on their system
