fraud by O2, Taking payment for Account twice since Nov 2022 and Still O2 will not stop

We have been calling O2 since Nov 2022.

We have one account with O2, One DD should go out each month.

The following payments have been taken by O2

21/11/2022 £82.88

29/11/2022 £86.91

29/11/2022 £10.00

31/12/2022 £83.97

31/12/2022 54.79

31/12/2022 11.09

31/12/2022 10.53

31/01/2023 87.05

31/01/2023 41.00

31/01/2023 11.09

31/01/2023 10.53

To Date O2 have stolen £232.44 from my account. They have committed Fraud.

We have spoken to O2 who have confirmed they have no idea what they are doing, how to correct the issue and do not care about stealing my Money. We work to a tight budget. On each occasion of O2 theft they have cause us banking charges and fees. Should there be no response to this e-mail, a return of my money and damages caused to me, I will contact my bank to cancel the DD, Draw back the fraudulently DD taken by O2 and then see if we can report the CEO of O2 to the police for Theft and Fraud. Who ever is the CEO is responsible for the actions of O2.

 

I await your urgent response.
