Change Tariff

I want I change Tariff to the 18month 100gb (4g) sim only option but in my in My O2 app this is not listed as an option.

My current contract changes in September/October but id like to be able to change. I can't get through at the moment to talk to a an advisor so I thought I d ask here if anyone has any suggestions or if someone from O2 could respond.

You need to go to Upgrade rather than tariff change, but be advised, there may be fees depending on your current contract.

You will be informed as you progress through to checkout.

Yes, just select sim only upgrade and you just keep your phone.

The tariff will change on the system so no need for a new sim card either.
