Trying to log in to my o2 but it says I can't log in to my account even though I've changed my password

Use an incognito or InPrivate browsing tab to access https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin and see if that helps, @Reece195 - otherwise contact O2 via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter or other platform as shared in the link just below. Good luck.

If you are trying to log in via the app, delete it, restart your handset and reinstall it.
