Cannot send text to heart radio

I never had problems to send a text to heart radio to get into competition.
It has been 3 month that I cannot send text to that number.
All my device setting have not been changed at all.anyine had the same problem.
It works fine with any other number.

You may have a spend cap which is preventing this.

Or it could be a premium number https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/other-numbers-and-charges 

You need to contact O2 to remove a spend cap. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have a spend cap set in 2018 but I was regularly sending text to heart radio until 17 April 2020.
So?

Then contact O2 on any of the numbers I've given above.

Spend caps are the usual reason that short code texts  can't be sent.

I will try but they do not take calls for that at the moment, they take call only relatives to fraud or emergency.

Hi @Roberto73 

They take calls on anything if you call the right number. If needed, just say it's fraud (which many people have done). They will deal with your request.

I have the same issue. I’ve never had a problem texting Heart radio… now I can’t. Says ‘Not Delivered’ in red. 
Spend cap never reached now…(none used!!!) and no blocking to premium rate numbers. Not changed settings or phone or contract!!!! Called 02 three times now and all promise to ‘look into it’ and no one has ever got back to me. So annoyed!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
