I am on a sim only tariff and have today bought a S25 Ultra, my esim is on my S22 Ultra.
I have tried live chat but I'm in a queue.
The help/support links state that I should have an option that asks to transfer the esim but there is not.
On the S22 Ultra there are 3 options which includes transferring from another device where as the S25 Ultra does not have that option, it only shows to scan a QR code or search for esims but that doesn't find anything.
I cannot locate a QR code to scan.
There was a barred sim in the my sim option of my account so I have requested for it to be unbarred which I assume is a physical sim card and not an esim.
