So, I have cancer and my bill was a bit late. Got cut off, paid the bill days ago and still not back on, despite texts saying it would be put back on. I need to phone the hospital, am alone and no way of using the phone. No way of getting in touch with O2. It so angry, worried and upset this can happen. What can I do??

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Cancer Sorry to hear that you're ill. There are other methods to make calls besides your phone. You can download and install Skype. The download is free, and you can call 0800 numbers for free, and buy credit to make inexpensive outgoing calls. You can also get a phone number whereby people can reach you. In this time of crisis, and without access to your mobile, it could be what you need at the moment.
