Cancelling with more than one number on account

Hey all,

I was looking to pay my device plan off and get a PAC. I texted the pac number but got a reply saying as I’ve more than one number I need to call 202.

Is that number active at the minute? I don’t want to take up time as this obviously isn’t an emergency but it’s going to cost me airtime payments etc if I can’t get it all paid up and cancelled.

yes, our customer service teams are still open , however, they are extremely busy at the moment due to stores being closed etc 

if you are unable to get the pac code by text, then your best option is to call o2 and request the pac code on 202 or 03448090202
