So, I am getting increasingly annoyed at the amount of money I am being charged for so little... When in comparison to other companies.

I am happy to carry on paying for my phone, as that is what I'm contracted for, I can change my tariff whenever I please...

So why can I cancel my tariff and keep paying O2 for my phone? As I can't speak to anyone due to lockdown etc I've turned to the forums to get information.

I genuinely cannot afford the tariff (which is double the amount of my phone!) on top of my phone!
