Hi,
I've left the UK and want to simply close my account. I obtained a STAC code on 31/10 and I've tried calling the support number +44 344 809 0202 (which just wants to ask me to pay arrears) and tried the bot which is hopeless. On the 31/10 my balance was 0 now its £49
How do I sort this out? Ringing the number above is an exercise in futility. There are no email addresses I can use and I'm now looking at sending a letter! Its 2024! (REMOVED)
