Hi,

I have an Apple Watch, which is out of the rental period, so I am just paying for the data. I don't use the watch and I wish to cancel this.

Your website is impossible to try and work out how to do this, so please can you advise me on how to do this. I fully expect it to be tedious, as any customer service request to o2 always is.

Thaaaaaaanks

I have the same problem with them, contract expired for 2 years, I notified them 3 times to close it, I complained to them... still active and billed without any response.
