Solved: Cancelling a sim card

I was offered a pay monthly sim card and agreed to order it but I have now changed my mind and do not need it

I have not activated the sim card its still sealed can I just return it as I have not started using it

Providing it is within 14 days of receiving the sim you can return it and cancel.
Contact customer service tolet them know your wishes http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
