So i have just ordered a new phone and started another contract and it is a Sim Swap, but i want to cancel my other contract with the phone i have now, the phone is paid off already it’s just the data, calls and texts i am paying for, but i won’t need that on this phone when i get the new one, is it possible to cancel this one? Whenever i search it up it just says “Leaving O2” but i’m not leaving i just want to cancel a contract.

If you upgraded it will cancel the old one automatically, if not, you need an internal number migration.

Yes, once the contract moves over to your new phone.

You need to call o2 to move the number, as they have no idea otherwise Guide: Migration & porting into O2 has all the information
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

No because you upgraded, so it will move automatically.
