I have visited my local store to ask that my contract is ended with O2 to be told I have to ring up myself to do this. I do not use the O2 Sim as I am with Vodafone and the O2 sim came with Virgin Contract and wasn't wanted. How do I cancel this as the contract is due to expire?

Be aware the O2 SIM will be part of your Volt package with Virgin Media. You may have to renegotiate your broadband with Virgin if they detect it is no longer the case.
Also: If you have had the SIM for more than 14 days O2 will require you to pay off the rest of your contract
