Can anyone advise me. I cancelled my new contract within the14 days cooling off period, Because the reception wasn’t good enough. I ordered a pac code and Also Called and double confirmed cancellation with a representative. Now 02 are charging me £270 and there’s no-one I can raise this with due to corona. They’ve stopped live chat, customer service and apparently they don’t have any email they can give me. Meanwhile I keep getting threatening messages to pay my overdue bill. What can I do? It’s ridiculous that they don’t allow you to email. Any advice welcomed
