Good evening,

Just like the title ... I'd like to cancel my contract with o2, the term is almost over (2 years) should be this month I believe.

What do I need to do in order to cancel it? I went through live chat but my brother was on holiday ( he's using the contract that I've opened ) and I couldn't have the code from it.

Now that he's back I have the phone next to me, still wondering how should I deal with this situation.

Thank you!
