Hello. I ordered o2 sim couple days ago and it arrived today but i have not used it yet or put it in my phone. I want to cancel the contract because i have found better deal somewhere else. I rang o2 and they said that you can cancel the plan on the o2 app but i cant find any option like that. Is it possible for you to do it for me?

You need to cancel under the change of mind policy.
You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they may also be able to help you with this
