Cancel order

I ordered an IPad last night on my 02 offers page but wish to cancel the order as I didn't realise it was a new contract with a sim and data and new phone number. I just wanted a new IPad only. 

can you help me please before the order is dispatched

Hi I think your best option is to call customer service to cancel that order if it hasn't been dispatched yet

You have 3 choices.

You can refuse it at the door (something I wouldn't risk during these uncertain times)

or return it under the 14 day change of mind policy https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy 

If you contact O2 and it hasn't been dispatched, you may be able to cancel with them
