Hi @Brian81

Have you actually received an email confirming despatch and delivery on Monday?

If you haven't received a despatch email it could well be out of stock. In any event you should ring customer services

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

to cancel your current order and order the XS Max later this morning. The best time to ring is between 8-8:30am to avoid a long wait on hold.

Please don't use live chat but speak to a customer services adviser to ensure your current order is cancelled and new order processed correctly, as you wish.

Good luck and welcome to the forum

@Brian81 the only way this can be done is to wait until the first phone is delivered, then return it under the 14 day change of mind policy.
