Hi. I was wondering how to cancel an online order I placed today? I have the order number but it hasn't been processed so no money has been taken yet [personal details removed]

Ok thanks. Why shouldn't I use live chat out of interest?

Live Chat are non Uk outsourced Callcentres who are normally ok for low level general enquiries.

We don't recommend using this service for account based enquiries.

Once you've cancelled via ringing 202 please keep an eye on your bank account incase a direct debit has been set up.

Only problem is I'm not currently with o2 so I can't use the 202 number and I'll get charged for using the contact number...

Do you know someone who is on an o2 contract already, as you could use their phone to dial 202.

Another option if you don't want to get charged for the call is if convenient pop into your local O2 shop and ask to use their in house phone.
