Live chat occasionally pops up if you hover on the sales' page of the website @Leyla ; you can also access live chat from within "Support" on My O2.

Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help to solve problems. If you need to contact O2, messaging on social media can work well :-

Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB

X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW

Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

The social media team are based in the UK and have a good reputation for solving issues. 👍

Chat is now available through the help section of MyO2. However, you can't cancel from there

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Andy46@Leyla You don't need to talk to anyone. Just request a PAC, as per the guide, and give the PAC to your new provider. This retains your number and cancels your O2 contract. You just need to be aware of early termination fees if you're canceling before your contract is up.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
