Cancel a free extra in these covid times

I have 6 months free prime video & i want to cancel which is proving difficult in these covid 19 times..can i do it without a lengthy phone call only to be told if it isnt an emergency then do it on the 02 website?
How do I achieve this please

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Click the big + beneath your extra.

Click "Manage"

Click "Turn off auto renew"

You will get an email to confirm.
