You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Nice to see we now handhold customers through the myriad dead-ends on the O2 IVR system too...
Hope this helps you cancel undesired insurance ok, @KatieW2020.
Good work, @MI5, perhaps those steps should be shown early-on in the most commonly-quoted Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support.

I think all the regulars have been using that additional info for months @pgn

That's true. I think none of the regulars envisaged the many and varied lockdowns, tiering restrictions, circuit-breakers and the like, @Cleoriff - so whilst that link is our point of ref, we should either give the oft-repeated "directions" their own #tag ref (not a bad idea!) or include the directions in the tried-and-tested Coronavirus Contact Guide, perhaps?
Prob not a conversation for here, I know, but I see those same instructions cited on pretty much every "call O2" case. I wonder if they'll fit in my signature section...? 😉
