Hi. I can't view my leftover data usage on my app. It isn't where it usually is (next to text and call usage) can anyone help please?

Check if it's showing online http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 

If so, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If not, it does happen after a tariff change occasionally and usually resets after the next bill is generated.
