Can't transfer my number

Hello, could someone please help... I'm trying to port my number from Tesco mobile to o2 pay monthly. I got my new o2 sim card and PAC number from Tesco. I did fill in the form following the link https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number The message I got at the end says - something went wrong, our technicians are working to fix it, you can try later. It's been like this for over a week now... Any idea why? Thank you

@kaatashka You'll need to call customer service. All available numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected. Best time to try is 8 am.
