i dialled 4444. as i've already used my card before to top up i put the last 4 digits in and the 3 digits and the amount to be told ''sorry your top up was unsuccessfull''... so i went online, did the web top up.... i get an error 500 message? why can't i top up? it was working last time i topped up a few weeks ago? Yes i have more than enough credit in my bank to pay it and no i don't really want to have to go to a bank/cash machine/atm/shop to top up. There was a reason i was doing it this way as i'm unable to leave the house and needed the top up urgently.
Not a happy customer.
