I can't login to myo2app. I can only do through a browser. Don't know how much data left

Try deleting app, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

The web version should still show data though My O2

To pay bill, you can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit if you don't have one already, to avoid future issues.
