I have been sanctioned for a month, so I have had no money to pay for anything, and all o want to do was talk to an adviser about paying my bill next month and trying to find anything on 02 online is hard . Can anybody advise me.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
