I've just had a catastrophic experience of the 'help' of the O2 customer service chat. I was probably speaking to a robot, otherwise I can't really explain what was going on in the 'Guru's' mind.
I'm trying to call a landline abroad, but my phone doesn't even give a dial tone, just shuts down. I know the number is correct including the international code, I have enough money to call, no blocking - as far as I know, I tried more numbers but didn't succeed. I remember I've had same problem with some UK landlines, too.
I could call a mobile abroad, though.
