Hi I have old by 50 and bt 200 puffl, and have received the new 5g Sims and unable to activate. This is because I can't pass security.
As I didn't sign up with an email address, or password or account number when I took the account out about 25 years ago. And o2 just keep giving me the run around and don't help at all
I've spent a total of 3h in o2 stores who refer me back to 202 customer services, I have to use my son's o2 account to make calls as I can't make it receive calls, so unable to get OTP from o2 to confirm my identity.
They won't even send me confirmation to my registered address ( but sent the 5g Sims there?)

Just do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update but you won't get 5g on a PUFFL sim anyway.
