I have the same problem. I can sign in, check my details but when i try to view my bill the message is there are no products registered in my account. I have had this number with o2 for 20 years and my account details are correct.
I've had this problem for a while including the iphone Apps that check the balance that no longer work. Ive only checked recently as i now want to upgrade and wanted to check my usage

Same here, I got a high bill this month and tried to log in to see why, just says the same that I have no devices listed. tried the chat option and got nowhere
