Can i send a family member to switch up my phone if i am unable to go myself?

I want to switch up my phone but im physically unable to go to a O2 store to do so.....am i able to send a friend or family member to do it for me?

In order to do so they would need to be able to pass your account security and have your ID.
I'd advise calling the store ahead to confirm if they are willing to do so and if they would need anything else.

You cant, only the account holder is allowed, as they now send an authorisation code to the mobile number been switched up (had this last 3 times I have used switch up), and only the account holder can agree to the terms and conditions, and sign (electronically)
I cant see any store agreeing to this...
